You can use either your username, or your email address you used to sign up.
Troubleshooting common login errors:
If you don't remember your password, or it's not working, you can trigger a password reset here.
If you have recently re-set your password, and you are getting an error, check first that your password manager isn't auto-filling with the old password. (This happens most frequently with tablets.)
