Please take a moment to review your class!

Leaving a review for your Ompractice class is a great way to keep notes on your own progress and class experience, provide feedback to our teachers and help fellow students choose the best classes for their needs (only if you choose to make the review public).

Accessing the Feedback Pop-Up

You can access the review form from a few different places on Ompractice:

From your Class Registration Email: In your class registration email (titled "You're Enrolled In..." you'll find the direct link to feedback mid-way down the email: "After class, click here to provide feedback so we can continue to improve the Ompractice experience for you!"

From your Ompractice Dashboard: scroll down to your recent classes, and click "Share Feedback." If you want to update feedback you've previously added, you can click the "Update Feedback" button instead.

From your My Classes page: in the past classes section of your My Classes page, you can also find the "Share Feedback" and "Update Feedback" buttons for your recent classes.

From an Ompractice Class Page: when you click into the history of a class, you can choose to "Review Class".

⚠️ Don't see the form? Make sure you're logged in! If you don't see your name in the top right-hand corner of the webpage and instead see an option to log in or sign up, you'll need to log in and then go back to that link in order to leave your class review.

The Feedback Form

Here's what the feedback form looks like. Please note that feedback is optional! You can choose to share feedback about your class, your teacher, and anything else you'd like to make note of.

We read each feedback form – and if you have a question or concern, feel free to share here as well! (That said, if you have an urgent question or concern, go ahead and write us a note directly in chat so we can address your issues immediately!)

A few miscellaneous notes about reviews:

What We (Don't Do) with Reviews and Stars:

  • Privacy and Respect: If you choose not to make a review public, your private feedback is confidential and used solely for the purpose of improving Ompractice. Teachers see your comments to make adjustments and enhancements (but will not see your information directly) Please feel comfortable providing candid feedback: we want to make Ompractice better for you!

  • No Negative Consequences: Teachers will not face punishment based on reviews. Instead, feedback is used as a tool for professional development and growth.

Common Concerns:

  • How do I know my review is being used? Your reviews are carefully read by our team to make improvements and adapt classes to better meet your needs. (We love hearing the good stuff, too!)

  • Can I leave anonymous feedback? Currently, our review system requires you to log in, but if you choose to not make your feedback public, the feedback is confidential and used constructively.

  • What if I have a complaint? If you have a specific concern or complaint, please contact our team directly either via the chat button, or by sending us an email at info @ ompractice.com. We’re here to help and address any issues you might have!
