We’ve recently added a new feature allowing customer to attach a GL Account to their productions to make it easier to associate sales for a production to their internal chart of accounts.
In Show Details and Dates a new GL Account field is available. GL Account is free text entry and allows up to 255 alphanumeric characters.
After adding a GL Account to a production, this number will appear on two reports:
Total Revenue by Order Date
Total Revenue by Event Date
If a GL Account is added to production it will appear adjacent to the production name in both of these reports at the production summary level and for each individual event.
