One of the most exciting membership perks is being able to offer the best seats in the house to your members only! Setting this up in your seating chart as simple as marking seats Box Office Only. Only authenticated patrons with the correct membership will be able to purchase these tickets. Only authenticated patrons with the correct membership will be able to purchase these tickets.
During seating chart creation, select a seat and check the box Members Only. That’s it!
Only authenticated patrons with the correct membership will be able to purchase these tickets. This makes the seats Members Only for the entire run of your production.
Members Only Seats for Select Productions
If you would like to make seats members only during opening night only, however, you can do so by accessing the seating chart for the individual performance from the Show Details page.
Check the Member box next to the seat that you would like to make Members Only. This saved automatically after the box is checked. (There is no Save button you need to click.) Member Only seats will be highlighted in yellow in the seating chart in the dashboard and have a special icon when shown on the seating chart to patrons.
Members only seats will have the ticket icon on them on the live seating chart. 🎟
