Allow your patrons to pick up their tickets in the box office on the day of their event!
👟Walkthrough
On your event's Details page, scroll to the Checkout Details section. Click on Edit.
Enable Will Call by sliding the toggle to black. Push Save.
Once enabled, patrons will see the "Hold my tickets at Will Call" option on the order summary screen.
If a patron has selected Will Call, this will be noted in their confirmation email.
We will continue to include digital tickets in their order confirmation, even if they've opted for physical tickets at Will Call.
