If you accidentally entered in the wrong date, performance time, or simply need to change the date all together you can do this by clicking the Clock Icon under the Performance Date:

Click on the performance date and time and then select the new date and time. Please note you cannot remove an event if you already have ticket sales for that event date. You must either refund them or transfer/exchange them to a new performance date or other show.

To Add Ticket Type, click the button and then select Online for online ticket sales. Select Box Office for walk up ticket sales during your actual performance day. Add a ticket name and then add your price. Next select the dates for this specific ticket is applicable for, and click Add Ticket Type.

You can do the same for any Virtual Tickets for sale by clicking the Set Virtual Capacity button.

To turn off ticket sales at any time, you can toggle the Tickets Onsale button off, or grey:

If you have a Reserved Seating Event, you can click on View Seating Chart to see your seating chart.

🎭Noteworthy: OTS can build your seating chart for your organization for a managed service fee. Please email AccountManager@onthestage.com for more details.

When you click on View Seating Chart, you can designate seats as Wheelchair ADA Accessible, Box Office Holds, or Blocked Off. To do that for a seat, just click on the check box under that option.

Next is the Box Office Portal button. Think of this as your digital Box Office hub to sell tickets in-person, or at walkup.

Clicking on this will open up a new tab, where you can follow the instructions to sell tickets.

To edit any information about the ticket types that are on sale, click on the Pencil Icon next to the ticket type.

When you click on the pencil icon to edit, you can do the following:

Change the Name of the ticket.

Set a Limit on the amount of this type of ticket that is for sale. Note: You can only limit the number of tickets per performance, not per order or per show. You can add a note requesting a ticket limit purchase per order.

You can also change the Price of the ticket. This won’t change any tickets that have already been sold, but it will change tickets going forward.

Make sure to click on the Check Mark to save these changes.

You can also remove a ticket type by toggling the Active button off. Again, this won’t change any tickets that have already been sold, but patrons will not be able to purchase this ticket going forward.

Last, but not least, you have the ability to add a message to your ticket page. To do this, click on the dotted box that says “Optional message to patrons to be shown on the ticket page.” Then enter in your new text. Click on the save button to save.

It will show up on your ticket page in a blue header at the top.
