For any date changes or postponements, please talk with your Account Manager for postponement options.

If you have to change dates, please suspend ticket sales for the performances. Here's how to do that.

  • Log into your On The Stage account.

  • Click the Details button next to the performance you wish to postpone from your main dashboard page.

  • Under each event date, you will see a green toggle button that says Tickets Onsale.

  • When the button is green, tickets are on sale. Click the button once. When this button becomes grey, tickets are no longer on sale. You will also receive a popup notification with each change.

We recommend emailing all of your patrons who have purchased tickets to let them know about the postponement. Here are the steps:

  • Log into your On The Stage account.

  • Click the Details button next to the performance you wish to postpone from your main dashboard page.

  • Click on the Email patrons button

  • Enter the subject line, message, and email to forward messages.

  • Select the boxes next to each event date.

  • Click send email.

🎭 Noteworthy: If you don’t have your new performance date, you will need to convert your ticket sales into refunds or place your event on HOLD. Customer Support does not process exchanges/refunds. That is the responsibility of the individual producing organization. Postponing a show will automatically transfer all of the tickets purchased for the original date to the new one. You patrons WILL NOT receive a new confirmation email. Please email them to let them know of the performance date change.
