The Box Office Portal is accessible on any device from which a user has logged into their On The Stage account. Information in the portal will update automatically whenever a new order is processed, provided the device is connected to the internet.
To access the Box Office Portal:
Log in to your On The Stage Dashboard, go to your Live Productions and click Box Office Portal:
Select the performance for which you would like to make transactions and click the Open Box Office Portal button. Note: You will only be able to process ticket orders for the selected performance.
The portal will open in a new tab. For a general admission show, live stream show, or video on demand show, click on the Plus button to add a ticket to your order.
For a reserved seating event, you’ll need to click on the seat first, and then select the ticket type to add a ticket to the order.
You can process Cash sales, Comp tickets, or credit card purchases by clicking the corresponding button. If you have any promo codes that you would like to apply to the order, you can do so by clicking on the Discount button.
When it’s gone through, you’ll get a pop-up that the order is confirmed, and you’ll be brought back to the main Box Office Portal page.
If you are on an iOS 8 device or higher, you can turn your device into a credit card scanner by editing your Safari settings.
