Searching for Orders from the Main Dashboard
Click on Orders from the left side panel on your Dashboard.
On the Search Order page, you can search by the following criteria:
First Name
Last Name
Confirmation Code
Email
Phone number

You can search by populating at least one of the search criteria fields and clicking on Submit. A list of the orders that march your search criteria will appear below the search fields.
To manage an order, click on the red Actions button. From here you can Manage the Order, Print Hard Tickets, or quickly Resend Order Confirmation.
Searching for Orders Under Show Details
Click on Details next to the show you would like to view orders for.
On the left side panel, click on Orders.
You will be brought to the Orders page for the show you have selected. From here you can filter orders by event date.

Accessing the Orders Section:
From your main dashboard, click on Orders in the left-side panel to open the Search Order page.

After entering the information, click Submit to display matching orders.
Managing Orders:
For each order listed, click the red Actions button to:
Manage the Order
Print Hard Tickets
Resend Order Confirmation
Viewing Orders by Show:
Navigate to a specific show's details by clicking Details next to the desired show on your dashboard.
In the left-side panel, select Orders to view all orders associated with that show.
Use the event date filter to narrow down orders for specific performance dates.
