Searching for Orders on the All Orders page
Click on All Orders from the left side panel on your Dashboard.
On the All Orders page, you can search by the following criteria:
First Name
Last Name
Confirmation Code
Email
Phone number

Type your search term in the search box at the top of the Orders table. The list in the table will update as you type showing any orders with a matching field.
To manage an order, click on the 3 dots under Actions next to the order. From here you can Manage the Orders and view actions depending on the order status.
Searching for Orders Under Show Details
Click on Details for the show you would like to view orders for.
On the top panel, click Orders.
You will be brought to the Orders tab for the show you have selected. From here you can filter orders by event date. Click the event dropdown to select a performance date, by default, this is set to the first performance in the production.
The Orders table will update to show orders with tickets for that event date.
To manage an order, click on the 3 dots under Actions next to the order. From here you can Manage the Orders and view actions depending on the order status.
