Click on All Orders from the left side panel on your Dashboard.
On the Search Order page, you can search by the following criteria:
First Name
Last Name
Confirmation Code
Email
Phone number
You can search by populating at least one of the search criteria fields and clicking on Submit. A list of the orders that march your search criteria will appear below the search fields.
To manage an order, click on the 3 dots under Actions next to the order. From here you can Manage the Orders and view actions depending on the order status.
Searching for Orders Under Show Details
Click on Details next to the show you would like to view orders for.
On the top panel, click on Orders.
You will be brought to the Orders page for the show you have selected. From here you can filter orders by event date.
