The Box Office Portal is accessible on any device a user is logged into from their On The Stage account. Information in the portal will update automatically whenever a new order is processed, provided the device is connected to the internet.
To access the Box Office Portal:
Log in to your On The Stage dashboard, go to Live Productions and Box Office Portal next to your desired event.
Click All Orders on the left toolbar of your Dashboard under Walk Up Sales.
The app will open and display the various ticket orders for the selected performance. You can filter and search for orders by using the ticket buyer's name, email, confirmation code or phone number. You can also sort orders by ascending or descending order using the data table to assist with the check-in process.
Once you locate the order, click on the red Actions button to:
Manage your order and perform options such as transfer tickets, exchange tickets, refund tickets, issue a partial refund or convert tickets to a donation
Resend an email confirmation
This is the menu that will appear at the bottom of an order after you push Manage.
