Processing a Partial Order Refund

Refunding select tickets in a multiple ticket order.

There may be a few reasons why you might need to complete a partial refund:

  • A patron's party is missing one or more guests and they have requested a refund for those tickets.

  • A patron cannot make the show date and wants to donate the cost of their ticket to your organization.

👟Walk Through

First, find the order that needs the tickets refunded. Click on Manage.

At the bottom of the order click on Partial refunds.

Select the ticket(s) you with to refund by clicking in the box to the left of the ticket name.

  • Push refund and you are all set. You will get a notification at the top of the screen.
