๐ Recap of Unpublishing Your Site
The process for unpublishing depends on whether you have ticket sales: For sites or events WITH ticket sales: You must first refund or transfer all tickets (including complimentary tickets) to other events. Once all sales are resolved, contact customer support directly. They will help complete the unpublishing process, making your site or event inaccessible to the public. For events with NO ticket sales: You can unpublish these directly without contacting support. Simply navigate to the event in On The Stage and select the option to unpublish it. You can then make any necessary changes and republish when ready. When you're ready to republish, simply click the Publish button on the Show Details site.
๐ Best Practices for Unpublishing Your Site
Check for Active Sales: Ensure there are no ongoing transactions or sales before attempting to unpublish directly.
Refund or Transfer Tickets: If tickets have been sold, process all refunds or transfers before requesting unpublishing.
Contact Customer Support: For sites or events with sales history, reach out to On The Stage's customer support team to complete the unpublishing process.
Back Up Content: Save any necessary content or information before the site is taken down.
Use the Time for Updates: Take advantage of the downtime to update content, design, or features.
