Before Publishing
You can change your show from general admission to reserved or hybrid, OR vice versa before publishing on the Show Details page. Click the Edit button next to the Venue Details section.
Switch your show type, and push Save.
After Publishing
As long as you have not sold any tickets, Customer Support can help you with that! Please open up a support ticket.
🎓 Recap of Changing Show Setup (Reserved Seating ↔ General Admission)
On The Stage allows you to switch between Reserved Seating and General Admission (GA), but only before publishing your event. To do this, go to the Show Details section and update the Show Setup. Once an event is published, the show setup cannot be changed.
