You can set up multiple pre-sale windows for a single production, giving you the flexibility to offer early access to different patron groups, monitor sales by cohort, and customize perks—without disrupting your current pre-sale or subscription setup.
👟Walkthrough: General Presale Code(s)
In the On Sale Date section General Pre-sale can be enable. Once enabled you will see a general pre-sale message and a pre-sale window options.
In the example below, our first presale window for cast is 01/01/2026 through 01/02/2026. The second presale window for friends and family is 01/03/2026 through 01/04/2026.
🎭Noteworthy: Presale windows may overlap. This could be useful if you wanted to provide a pre-sale code to a visiting artist and one to a promoter to track sales from these two sources.
👟Walkthrough: Subscriptions and Memberships Presale Code(s)
You can now use pre-sale windows for subscriptions and memberships to give early access to packages using a pre-sale code. This allows you to offer existing subscribers the opportunity to purchase next season’s subscription ahead of the general sale date or provide members with early access.
You can enable this feature from the Subscription Sale Dates section of the subscription package configuration screen by toggling on pre-sales.
Enabling this enables the addition of both a pre-sale message and pre-sale codes. Optionally, multiple pre-sale windows may be defined.
In the example below Season 2026 sales begin on January 1, 2026. An existing subscriber window from 12/15 - 12/31 has been defined and early access for members who were not 2025 season subscribers is defined for 12/ 29 - 12/31.
General sales to the public begins on January 1st at midnight.
