Are you being asked to fill in the RECAPTCHA image but do not see it? This article will help you figure out what is wrong.

If you try to log in and a message appears saying you need to fill out a RECAPTCHA but no image appears, check your firewall settings.

An example of a RECAPTCHA image is pictured below.

Your school, theatre, or venue may have settings that are blocking you from logging in. You can also try rotating your iOS device; this sometimes makes the RECAPTCHA appear.
