Why You Might Want to Export Email Contacts đ§
Exporting your contact list gives you the ability to:
Efficiently back up all patron information, ensuring you have full records outside the platform.
Easily integrate contacts into email or CRM tools, enabling targeted marketing campaigns.
Analyze or segment data offline, using tools like Excel to filter, sort, and understand your audience.

Click Reporting > Reports on the left side pane.
On the Reports page, you will see a list of reports split across categories
Use the Search Reports field in the upper right corner to type in "Contacts and Tags" or scroll to the Patrons section and click the Contacts and Tags card to open the report
The Contacts and Tags report has a list of all your contacts with their information (email address, tags, cell phone number, and more)
To download this table as a pdf, click the cloud icon in the top right corner of the table
For other file types, click the three dots in the table just below the cloud icon
Click Download results to select which file type to download
Click Download to export the contact list
