Exporting your contact list gives you the ability to:
Efficiently back up all patron information, ensuring you have full records outside the platform.
Easily integrate contacts into email or CRM tools, enabling targeted marketing campaigns.
Analyze or segment data offline, using tools like Excel to filter, sort, and understand your audience.
👟Walkthrough
On the main dashboard, click on Reporting on the left side pane.
Here you can access the following Reporting options:
Then click on Legacy Reports.
Then click on Contact Export.
From there, click on Excel to activate the Generate button. Click on Generate to retrieve your Contact List.
🎓 Recap
From your OTS Dashboard, go to Reporting → Legacy Reports, then select Contact Export. Choose the Excel format and click Generate to download your full contact list—including names, emails, phone numbers, and any other stored profile data—in a spreadsheet.

Export regularly (e.g., monthly) to keep backups up to date.
Segment contacts before export by tagging or filtering inside OTS, making it easier to run specific email campaigns.
Import directly into your email tool, mapping fields like First Name, Email, and Birthday for seamless CRM syncing.
