On the Stage doesn’t have a fixed IP address. You'll need to allow access to dashboard.onthestage.tickets, just like allowing a regular website.

These are the sites we that should be available on the firewall:

dashboard.onthestage.tickets port 443
www.onthestage.tickets port 443
our.show port 443
