BOGO Offers
Group Discounts
Early Bird Discounts

Promo Code Examples:
I would like to apply a discount to adult ticket types but not discount child tickets.
Create a promo code that applies only to the Ticket Types. Select the Adult ticket types from the Ticket Type Selector and make sure to leave the Child Ticket unchecked. When the patron applies the promo code to their cart the discount will only apply to Adult tickets and nothing else.
I would like to provide a discount to parents of my performers for the Elvis Beach Party add-on, which follows our performance of All Shook Up.
Create a promo code that applies to Add-ons Only. Select the Elvis Beach Party from the list of available add-ons. Distribute these promo codes to the parents of your performers. They will now be able to get a discount on the party while still paying full price for their tickets.
Note: If you want to apply the add-on discount to ALL add-ons, you can skip making a selection.
I would like to offer a discount on my Winter 2025 season subscriptions to my patrons who subscribed to Spring 2025.
Create a promo code that apples to Subscriptions only. Select the Winter 2025 subscription from the Subscription Selection list. Distribute these promo codes to your Spring 2025 subscribers. They will now be able to get a discount on the Winter 2025 subscription while still paying full price for other items in their cart.
Note: If you want to apply the add-on discount to ALL subscriptions, you can skip making a selection and the code will apply to all subscriptions in the cart.
🎭Noteworthy: Comp tickets must be processed separately by the patron and will not work with other paid tickets in the cart.
🎭 Noteworthy: A user could potentially use the same promo code multiple times for multiple orders. One way to limit a code being misused would be to set a minimum purchase amount in order for the Promo Code to apply. As an example: $5 off an order of $25 or more.
