You'll want to learn how to process general admission group sales:

  • To handle multiple ticket purchases at once, perfect for school outings, scout troops, or friend groups, saving time on individual sales.

  • To encourage bulk attendance by offering group rates on the spot, boosting your average transaction size.

  • To simplify check-in and group management, with tickets sold together and scanned together at the door.

👟Walkthrough

Go to the Purchase tab under box office and select the event you would like to sell tickets for. Add the number of tickets you would like to purchase by using the red +/- buttons to add or subtract tickets from the cart.

To Finish Processing:

Before selecting your payment method, enter any applicable promo codes or manually adjust the tickets to the desired price on this page. You can find active codes by clicking on the down arrow.

Click red Checkout at the bottom of the page. Finish processing the order by processing payment and you are all set.
