Processing a Partial Order Refund

Refunding select tickets in a multiple ticket order.

First, find the order that needs the tickets refunded. Click on the red Actions tab and select Manage Order from the dropdown.

At the bottom of the order click on Partial refunds.

Select the ticket(s) you with to refund by clicking in the box to the left of the ticket name.

  • Push refund and you are all set. You will get a notification at the top of the screen.
