Default Patron Contact Details for Bulk Uploading (Platinum Plan)

Our patron profiles contain a set of default fields to store patron information.

On the Platinum plan, you can bulk import these fields, along with any custom fields you configure.

The following is the list of our system's default Patron Contact Details fields:

First Name
Last Name
Preferred Name
Email Address - Must be valid email address format (i.e. example@example.com)
Secondary Email - Must be valid email address format (i.e. example@example.com)
Birthday - Must be MM/DD/YYYY
Pronouns
Cell Phone - Must be valid phone number format
Home Phone - Must be valid phone number format
Primary Address Line 1
Primary Address Line 2
Primary Address City
Primary Address State - Must be 2 letter abbreviation (i.e. NY)
Primary Address Zip - Must be valid zip code format (i.e. 10019)
Secondary Address Line 1
Secondary Address Line 2
Secondary Address City
Secondary Address State - Must be 2 letter abbreviation (i.e. NY)
Secondary Address Zip - Must be valid zip code format (i.e. 10019)

🎓 Recap

Platinum Plan users can bulk-upload the full suite of default contact fields—First Name, Last Name, Preferred Name, Email(s), Birthday, Pronouns, Cell and Home Phone, and both Primary and Secondary Address fields—using CSV, XLS(X), TSV, or XML format. The system validates each field type to ensure proper formatting.

🚀 Best Practices

  • Validate data formatting (e.g., MM/DD/YYYY, two-letter state codes, valid phone/email formats) before upload.

  • Use a clean template matching the default field names exactly for seamless mapping.

  • Include secondary contact info (alternate email/phone) to improve communication reliability.
