You can now reserve tickets for patrons in the Box Office Portal. You might want to use this feature to hold tickets for a VIP or to allow someone to pay at the Box Office.
Click on Box Office Portal and select the performance for the reservation.
Add the tickets you want to reserve to the cart and push Checkout.
Select Reserve at the bottom of the checkout modal.
Enter the patron name, email, and phone number. Push Reserve.
You will receive a notification confirming the tickets are reserved along with a confirmation number.
Click on All Orders on the left side of the page to access the order. Click Actions, then Manage Order.
Processing Payment For The Order:
Once you open the order, options appear in the top right corner to Cancel Reservation or Send Payment Link .
After clicking on Send Payment Link, a link gets sent to the patron email provided while making the reservation. You also have the option to copy the link by clicking on the paper icon next to the URL.
Your patron will receive an email confirmation like the one below:
You can also finalize the order at the door by taking a cash or credit card payment following the steps below:
When you click cancel a reserved order, you will be prompted to confirm the cancellation. Push Yes to confirm cancellation.
