Taking control of your add‑ons means you can:
Adjust offerings dynamically, toggling popular items on or off sale as needed.
Create multiple variants (like Small/Large popcorn, Regular/VIP parking) to cater to different patron preferences.
Maintain clear inventory and pricing for each variant, reducing confusion and ensuring accurate availability.
🎭Noteworthy: Toggle items on and off sale with the green radio button.
👟Walkthrough
Click on the Add-Ons and Merch under the Additional Revenue tab.
On the Available Add-Ons Table, you will see the item priority placement, associated Production, item Name, Category, online cost, Variants, sale status and the Actions menu.
Edit add-ons by clicking on the kebab menu icon next to the desired item. Click on Edit.
Once you edit an add-on, you can also set variants. Variants are different variations of an item that a patron may purchase. For example, if you wish to sell popcorn in various sizes, this is where you can add Small or Large.
To create a variant, enter its name. Under description, type a brief explainer of what the variant is. Enter an identifier under Variant id. This will be used for internal tracking. For example: if your variant has a SKU number, or special identifier for another point-of-sale system.
If the variant you are creating costs more than the base item, add a number under Price Adjustment. If the variant costs the same amount as the base item, leave this blank.
Click on Add Variant to create this item.
🎭Noteworthy: If you have multiple variants, you need to create one for each item. For example: if you have regular parking plus VIP parking, you need to create "Parking" and then two variants - Regular and VIP.
At this time, sell limits cannot be set for individual variants.
You can add additional variants by entering more data and clicking on Add Variant.
Changing Variants:
If you wish to make changes to variants, click on the pencil icon next to the variant you wish to edit. If you wish to delete a variant, click on the trash icon.
Once you are done making these changes, click on the checkmark to save changes. Click on the x to discard changes without saving.
Click on Update to save all changes.

🚀 Best Practices
Organize variant names clearly (e.g., “Popcorn – Large”) so patrons easily understand options.
Use variant IDs like SKUs to sync with external POS or inventory systems.
