When you redeem addâons in person, you can:
Deliver on-the-spot perks such as merchandise, concessions, or upgrades immediately after ticket purchase.
For concessions items like popcorn, soda, and alcohol, patrons will receive a QR code to be scanned at the venue for redemption.
Each venue will have their own redemption processes, so if you have any questions, it is best to reach out to the venue for clarification.

To view a list of patrons who have purchased add-ons to be picked up at the venue, open the Box Office Portal tab and view the item list or check-in list.
If you view items from the Check-in list, you will see items and patron tickets. Viewing from the Item List will only show items.
