Our new update includes enhanced email customization options that allows for fully customizable subject lines, headers, body, images, and CTA in emails to engage more effectively with patrons, and drive higher sales for your productions.
When you edit an email, you can do the following:
Use one of the custom variables-- such as being able to add in the Patronâs first name anywhere you choose. Use this somewhere in the email.
Change the subject line (ensure you hit save after)
Change the header, which is the top portion of the email that appears on all customizable emails (ensure you hit save after)
Change the image. You can crop the image in any way you choose.
Change the copy in the body. This is the same as it is in the Order Confirmation section.
Change the copy of the call to action.
