Processing a Refund After a Show Has Closed

All refunds/exchanges are processed at the discretion of your producing team during the run of the show. Refunds are no longer possible through the OTS platform 24 hours after the show has been ended.

Please refer to the OTS Terms of Service which provides additional information.

Once settlement has been completed by OTS and funds sent for remittance, any further refunds on your behalf would continue to be at your discretion and will need to be handled directly with and by your organization from your settlement payment.
