We will need the below items uploaded through your projects list. Please refrain from sending any emails for funding requests. Once funding is completed, the status will be updated, indicating completion. *If the project includes a roof replacement, the funding for the full roof will need to be processed prior to the Solar/PV funding (First Phase and Second Phase funding).
First Phase of Funding.
Initial Fund Release, digitally approved by the customer (50% of project cost). To learn more about fund releases, check out this article.
Construction Permit: Fully executed permit to complete the installation.
A copy of your engineering plans.
Second Phase of Funding - Project Completion.
Final Fund Release, digitally approved by the customer (50% of project cost). To learn more about fund releases, check out this article.
Proof of passed inspection from the relevant Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) that shows the customer’s name and site address.
NOTE: if the proof of passed inspection only shows a permit number (and not the customer’s name and site address), please include a copy of the original permit which shows the permit number, customer’s name, and site address.
Proof of permission to operate (PTO) from customer’s electric utility company that provides explicit permission to customer to energize their system at the site address.
We will accept the application for interconnection.
Contractor lien waiver form that has been filled out and signed by contractor for the invoiced amount.
Roof Full Funding: This will be separate from the solar 50/50 funding and needs to be processed first.
Passed inspection.
Signed lien waiver release.
Roof Fund Release, digitally approved by the customer (100% of roof cost). To learn more about fund releases, check out this article.
Complete permitting
NOTE: For AHJs that do not require a permit, we will accept a completion certificate from the roofer and photos/documentation showing the roof before and after completion.
