With the new OneLocal Merchant Dashboard now live, you get to decide which version you use. This article covers how that works.
The choice screen at login
After you sign in, you will land on a page asking which dashboard you would like to open. The page lays out the key differences between the two versions so you can make an informed choice.
Log in to OneLocal as you normally do.
Read the summary of what is different between the original and the new dashboard.
Select the version you want to use for this session.
That is it — you go straight into the dashboard you picked.
Trying the new dashboard without committing
Choosing the new dashboard at login is not permanent. The choice screen will keep appearing every time you log in, so you can pick the original dashboard on your next visit if you prefer it.
When you are ready to make it permanent, select the option to always use the new dashboard going forward. The choice screen will then stop appearing.

Who sees the choice
Account type | Can choose the new dashboard? |
Single-location account | Yes |
OneSite customer | Yes — the new dashboard is built with you in mind |
Multi-location account | Not yet |
Agency account | Not yet |
The new dashboard does not support agency or multi-location accounts yet, so those accounts will not see the choice screen and will continue on the original dashboard. Nothing changes for you in the meantime.
If something you use looks missing
The original dashboard is unchanged. Every product you use today still works there exactly as it does now, and nothing has been removed from it.
One exception applies to both dashboards: Content Calendar is temporarily unavailable while we fix posting to social platforms.
If you open the new dashboard and cannot find something you use regularly, pick the original dashboard at your next login and message our Support team — we will point you to it.
Not seeing the choice screen?
Check whether your account is an agency or multi-location account — those do not have access yet.
If you previously selected the option to always use the new dashboard, the screen will no longer appear.
