Site Enhancements: badges, sections and widgets

Browse everything you can add to your site and turn on the pieces that fit your business.

Which editor is this for? This guide covers the new Site Editor. You are in the right place if your toolbar has a Media button and your assistant is called Ellie. If it does not, you are on the Site Tuner — see the Site Tuner guides instead.

Site Enhancements is the library of everything you can add to your site — badges, sections, pages, widgets and highlights. Open it from Settings › Site Enhancements.

It is the counterpart to the suggestions the assistant raises on its own. Suggestions point you at the highest-impact additions; this library is for when you already know exactly what you want.

Finding an enhancement

You can either search by name, or browse by category. The categories are:

Category

What it covers

Credentials & Compliance

Licences, insurance, warranties and guarantees

Contact & Booking

Ways for customers to reach you and book work

Pricing & Offers

Estimates, pricing, financing and promotions

Experience & Capabilities

Who you work with and the jobs you can take on

Each category tile shows how many items it holds and how many you have already added, for example 3 added out of 8 items, or None added.

Turning an enhancement on

Open a category to see its items. Each one shows:

  • A name, such as Bonded or Employee Screening.

  • A tag saying what it is — Badge for a small trust marker, Section for a block of page content.

  • An Essential marker on the items most businesses should have.

  • A one-line explanation of what it does for you, for example Signal professionalism before the first call.

  • A switch to turn it on or off.

Flick the switch to add an enhancement to your site. A counter at the top of the category keeps track, for example 3/8 added.

Enhancements that need details from you

Some items need information before they can be shown — a compliance document you can provide on request, for instance. These have a Configure link beside the switch. Fill in the details there, then turn the switch on.

Choosing well

Turning on everything is not the goal. Badges work because they are specific and true: a bond figure, a screening policy, a response time a customer can hold you to. Start with the Essential items in Credentials & Compliance and Contact & Booking, and add the rest as they genuinely apply.

Seeing the result

Enhancements appear in the preview like any other change. Check them on Mobile as well as Desktop, then publish when you are happy — see Publishing your site and managing your domain.
