Your Media: images, uploads and AI-generated photos

One place for every image on your site — upload your own, generate new ones, and see where each is used.

Which editor is this for? This guide covers the new Site Editor. You are in the right place if your toolbar has a Media button and your assistant is called Ellie. If it does not, you are on the Site Tuner — see the Site Tuner guides instead.

The Media button in the toolbar opens Your Media: every image available to your website, in one library.

What you can do here

  • Add photos — upload your own images.

  • Make photos — generate new images when you do not have a suitable photograph.

  • Search media and filter, to find something in a large library.

Finding your way around

Three tabs divide the library, each with a count:

  • All — everything available to your site.

  • Favorites — images you have marked with the heart on the tile.

  • Logos — your brand marks.

Expand opens the library into a larger view, which is easier when you are sorting through a lot of images.

Knowing where an image is used

This is the most useful part of the library. Every tile tells you where that image appears — on 5 pages, on 1 page, or not on site — and where it came from, for example Your upload.

Check this before you replace or remove anything. An image marked on 7 pages is doing more work than you might remember.

A note on photographs

Photographs of jobs you have actually done will almost always outperform stock or generated imagery, even when the generated image is more polished. Use Make photos to fill a gap, not to replace evidence of your own work.

Gallery images

The images shown in your site's gallery section are chosen under Gallery in your business information, reached from the round button in the bottom-left corner. See Adding your team and your photo gallery.
