How to Open a Closed Conversation

To open up a closed conversation with a client you've previously messaged, follow the steps below.

1. Open your OneLocal dashboard here

2. Navigate to the LocalMessages tab on the left hand side of your dashboard.

3. Click the "All" tab.  

4. Click the "Open" tab and switch it to "Closed".

5. All your closed conversations should be listed. You can either scroll down manually to find who you were looking for, or use the search bar and enter their name, phone or email. 

6. Click on the contact you want, and press "Reopen" that's located where you would usually be able to type - or hover over the conversation where it's listed and a "Reopen" link should appear (as shown below) and you will be able to start sending messages again.
