Sometimes, you may need to revisit a conversation that has already been closed. This guide will walk you through the steps to locate and reopen a closed conversation so you can continue communicating with your client seamlessly

1. Open your OneLocal dashboard here

2. On the left-hand side of your dashboard, click on the LocalMessages tab to open your messaging panel

3. In the LocalMessages panel, click on the "All" tab to access all message categories

4. Switch the filter from "Open" to "Closed" to view your closed conversations

5. You can find the closed conversation in two ways:

  • Scroll manually through the list to locate the desired contact

  • Use the search bar to enter the client’s name, phone number, or email for quicker access

6. Click on the conversation you want to reopen

In the message area, look for the "Reopen" option. You can find it either:

  • Where you would usually type a message

  • By hovering over the conversation in the list, where a "Reopen" link will appear

Once reopened, you can resume messaging the client as needed
