Sending Review Requests from Your Mobile Browser

Learn how to use our Employee Dashboard to send review requests from your cell phone!

Follow the steps below and watch the video tutorials to learn how to send out review requests straight from your phone! 

It should be pretty straight forward, so if you are having any major issues, please contact your OneLocal Marketing Specialist to help guide you through the process! 

For iPhone/iOS users

  1. Find and click on Safari. See below for what the icon looks like.

2. Put in this URL:

and press Go (bottom left corner)

You should be taken to a page where you will asked to sign in. Enter your username and password and click Sign In.

4. Once you've signed in, you'll see this page. Simply click the orange button Launch OneLocal.

5. Below is what your Mobile dashboard will look like, and how you will send out review requests.

6. A) If sending review request through text, tap Request Feedback by SMS

Accept the terms and tap "Continue"

(this will only appear the first time you are sending out a request)

Enter the customers First Name and Phone Number then tap Continue

This brings you to a confirmation screen. You could either choose to send another feedback request or return home.

6. B) If sending review request through email tap "Request Feedback by Email"

Accept the terms and tap Continue

(this will only appear the first time you are sending out a request)

Enter the customers First Name and Phone Number then tap Continue

On this screen you are able to choose the sender and which survey you would like to send. After tap "Send Request"

This brings you to a confirmation screen. You could either choose to send another feedback request or return home.

How to Add Review Request icon to your Home Screen

  1.  Click the icon with the square and arrow, shown below.

2. Scroll across until you see the icon Add to Home Screen

3. Click Add

4. Now it will automatically appear as an icon on your iPhone for easy access.

Tip: Allow your phone to save/remember your password, so you won't have to enter it in every time.
