Send a new text message to your customers using LocalMessage

LocalMessages offers a powerful way to interact with your customers over text message. Connect with your customers when they’re on the go to remind them of upcoming appointments, confirm the details of a project, or answer questions!

Below, we will review the steps to send a new message to your customers on your mobbile app.

  1. Log into your OneLocal account on the app. Tap the menu in the top left corner.

  2. Tap LocalMessages. This will show your open messages. All unread conversations will have a blue circle beside it. Tap the pencil in the bottom right to start a new conversation.

3. Begin typing either your customer’s first name or phone number, their information will appear below. Tap the customer you would like to message.

4. Tap the text box that says, "Enter your message" and begin typing. Tap the airplane icon to send!

5. Your message has been sent!
