When you're managing several people who all have several clients, it can be hard to stay organized. Luckily LocalMessages' team features allow you to keep track of clients and conversations so you never miss a beat!

To assign a conversation to a teammate:

Take a look at the top of the conversation where it says "Unassigned".

Click on it to change it to the team member you wish to assign it to. In this case, we'll assign it to OneLocal Support.

Now when OneLocal Support logs into LocalMessages, they'll see this conversation is in their name. It is also possible for the employee to see which conversations are theirs, which belong to other team mates, and which are currently unassigned.

To leave an internal note in a conversation:

It can be beneficial for communications to leave internal notes on your conversations. Let's say this customer called ahead or has specific needs, it can be easily documented. All you need to do is press the "internal note" button, and you will be able to leave internal messages. Internal messages are yellow, so you can always tell when you are reading or writing something internal.
