Internal notes in LocalMessages allow you to add important context to customer interactions or reminders for follow-ups. This feature helps streamline communication and ensures everyone on your team is informed
Adding an Internal Note in LocalMessages
Log In to Your Dashboard here
Navigate to the LocalMessages Tab
3. Locate the Customer’s SMS Thread
Find the conversation thread where you want to leave the note. You can sort conversations by "You," "Assigned," or "All" to narrow your search
4. Switch to Internal Note Mode
In the message box, click on the Internal Note option
Type your note in the text box and click Add Note
5. View Your Note
The internal note will appear in the message thread, distinguished by its orange color to differentiate it from standard messages
