Managing multiple customer conversations daily? LocalMessages Conversation Tagging helps you stay organized by allowing you to add color-coded tags to your messages, making it easier to track and find important conversations
How to Add, Delete, and Manage Tags
Go to Settings > LocalMessages > Tags
Click "Create a Tag"
In the pop-up, enter a tag name and choose a color
Click "Save". You can create multiple tags to keep your inbox organized
You can also manage tags from the LocalMessages sidebar and filter conversations by clicking the tag icon next to the search bar
