What is Conversation Tagging?

Managing multiple customer conversations daily? LocalMessages Conversation Tagging helps you stay organized by allowing you to add color-coded tags to your messages, making it easier to track and find important conversations


How to Add, Delete, and Manage Tags

  1. Go to Settings > LocalMessages > Tags

  2. Click "Create a Tag"

  3. In the pop-up, enter a tag name and choose a color

  4. Click "Save". You can create multiple tags to keep your inbox organized

  5. You can also manage tags from the LocalMessages sidebar and filter conversations by clicking the tag icon next to the search bar

How to Tag a Conversation

  • In the LocalMessages message sidebar, click "+Tag" to assign a tag to a conversation

Sending Messages to Tagged Contacts

  • You can send messages to all contacts who share a specific tag, streamlining communication with different customer groups.
