Introducing LocalMessages Conversation Tagging

Are you having successful results with LocalMessages? Have you started using LocalMessages to have multiple conversations with your customers on a day-to-day basis?

Our team at OneLocal is always looking for new ways to make your user experience more friendly. To make multiple conversations within LocalMessages more organized, accessible and easier to track, we are excited to introduce LocalMessages Conversation Tagging. This way, you’ll never have to worry about losing messages in your inbox once things start getting busy.

You can now add specific tags to your conversations within LocalMessages for easier tracking. Think binder tabs, but for your messages! Users can now create custom colour-coded tags though both the settings page and LocalMessages dashboard.

Adding, Deleting and Managing Tags

You can add, delete or manage tags by going into Settings > LocalMessages > Tags.

Then, you click on Create a Tag:

A pop-up will open, and you can define the name of the tag and also its color.

Define it, and click on Save. Your tag will be created and you can create other ones to help you organize your inbox.

Alternatively, you can also manage your tags through the LocalMessages sidebar. If you would like to filter a tag, you can click on the tag icon beside the search bar.

You can also filter your tags by clicking on the tag icon beside the search bar.

Adding Tags to a Conversation

You can add tags to your conversations by clicking the +Tag button in the LocalMessages message sidebar.

Sending Messages to Users with a Specific Tag

Users can also send messages to contacts who have a specific tag on their LocalMessages message.

For those who are currently subscribed to our LocalMessages service, we are always seeking ways to solidify the connections between our clients and their customers. We hope that our Conversation Tagging feature makes keeping track of those connections easier and more user-friendly.

Feel free to message us to get started! Should you have any further questions about LocalMessages, LocalMessages Conversation Tagging or any of our other services, we are always ready to answer your inquiries and are always happy to help.
