How to Send a LocalReviews Request from LocalMessages

Send a text message to your customers to collect feedback through your LocalReviews survey

Using LocalMessages you can quickly send feedback requests from within the dashboard. 

  1. Open your OneLocal dashboard here

  2. Go to the LocalMessages tab and find the message thread of the contact you want to send a feedback request to

    • If the contact is new, click "New Message" in the top right corner and enter their details

    • When you type their name in the search bar, you’ll see an option to "Create New Contact for ___". Click it, add their phone number, and press "Confirm"

  3. Click "Request Feedback" in the right-hand panel, below the contact's information

  4. Customize the request (optional) in the pop-up window. The details will be pre-filled, but you can select a specific survey under "Select Survey". Then, click "Send"

  5. Confirm the request has been sent: The Feedback Request will appear in the message thread, indicating it was successfully sent
