Using LocalMessages you can quickly send feedback requests from within the dashboard.
Open your OneLocal dashboard here
Go to the LocalMessages tab and find the message thread of the contact you want to send a feedback request to
Click "Request Feedback" in the right-hand panel, below the contact's information
Customize the request (optional) in the pop-up window. The details will be pre-filled, but you can select a specific survey under "Select Survey". Then, click "Send"
Confirm the request has been sent: The Feedback Request will appear in the message thread, indicating it was successfully sent
