Mobile App: How to preview and send out a LocalReviews survey

Here's a quick guide on how to send out survey requests while on the go!

You can use your OneLocal mobile app to preview your LocalReviews surveys directly on your mobile device, as well as via sending yourself an SMS or Email sharing link.

After you log in to your mobile app, click on the Menu button on the top right corner, and click LocalReviews in the expanded navigation bar on the left-hand side.

Now that you're on the LocalReviews dashboard (bottom left image), click on the survey you'd like to preview.

You'll see more information on the survey, as well as an Options button in the top right of the page (see bottom middle image).

Clicking this will bring up a number of different options, including Preview and Distribute Survey.

Preview Survey

To preview your survey before you send out review requests to your customers, click on Preview survey.

You can preview via the:

1. Sharing Link, which will open the survey link in your phone's browser.

2. SMS Request and Reminder messages (which include a survey link).

  • Selecting one of these options opens the window on the image above (on the right). Simply enter your phone number, make sure the "Send Link" option is selected, and click the Send button in the top right of the screen.

3. Email Request and Reminder messages.

  • This process is the same as SMS - you'll just be provided a space to enter your email address instead of your phone number.

Distribute Survey

Once you're ready to send out review requests to your customers, click on any of the 4 options on the menu at the bottom of the screen (Reviews, Insights, Surveys, or More), and click on the orange send flag in the bottom right area of your screen.

Follow these easy steps to send your feedback request:

  1. This will open the Request Feedback page (as seen in the image above to the right).

  2. You have the option to send a request to a mobile phone or email.

  3. Select which one you'd prefer, and fill out the information of the contact you'd like to send the request to.

  4. Select the survey, and who the request should be sent by.

  5. You have the option to send the request later (more information on that here).

  6. If you agree with the statement on the bottom of the screen, click on the button beside it to signify your agreement.

  7. Lastly, click the Send button in the top right corner of the screen to send the request.
