In order to customize the wording of your text message you will need to follow these steps:
Go to LocalReviews
2. Click on the Surveys tab
3. Click on the survey that you would like to edit
4. Select "More" in the top right. In the pop-up, select "Edit Survey"
5. Go to the Design tab
6. Go to SMS Request
7. Make and save your changes.
Please note that all messages must include a [CTA] tag
