To get started, log in to your OneLocal mobile app, click the Menu button in the top left corner of your screen, and select LocalReviews.
Scheduling Your Request
Here you'll see your LocalReviews dashboard (image below, left).
Click on the round orange floating button in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.
This will open up the Request Feedback page (image below, middle). Select the type of request you'd like, fill out all the information, and select the survey.
Click on the Send Later button, and a time & date selector will pop up on your screen (image below, right)
Select the time and date when you wish to send the request, and click Set.
Once you're ready, click the Send button at the top right of the page to send the request.
Updating or Cancelling Your Scheduled Requests
If you made a mistake, or simply wish to send a scheduled request out at a different time, you can easily reschedule your request!
Within the LocalReviews dashboard, click on the "More" button on the menu at the bottom of the screen.
This will bring you to the page shown in the image below (left).
Clicking on Scheduled Requests will show any review requests still scheduled to go out.
Reschedule
To reschedule a request, simply clicking on it will bring up this menu.
Click on Reschedule Request, update the time and/or date, and click Reschedule.
That's it! A green banner will appear confirming that your request has been rescheduled to your selected time/date.
Cancel
To cancel a request:
Simply click on the request
Click Cancel Request, and confirm your wish to cancel the request by clicking 'Yes'.
A green banner will appear confirming that your scheduled request has been cancelled.
