LocalReviews allows you to direct your clients to up to 3 review websites, as well as to an area for them to provide you with private feedback. As time goes on with your LocalReviews subscription, you might be interested in changing the focus from one review site to another depending on where you would like to collect more reviews for your business.

If you decide that you would like to change or add a new website to your survey, reach out to your dedicated Marketing Specialist. They will be happy to assist you with the change.

But, if you are looking to reorganize the existing 3, or remove 1, this article will assist you. In this example we will be using Google, HomeStars, and Facebook.   LocalReviews allows for a maximum of three review websites to be connected at a time. If you are looking to change websites - i.e. Facebook to YellowPages - reach out to your Marketing Specialist so that they can assist you.

Editing the Review Triage

1. To make this update, you will need to start in your LocalReviews dashboard and select ‘Surveys’.

2. Select the survey you are currently using to send to your customers. If there are multiple surveys and you are unsure, you can select ‘Requests’ to the right of the ‘Surveys’ tab and you will be able to see the survey most recently used.

3. To edit the selected survey, click the ‘More’ dropdown in the top right corner, then ‘Edit Survey’.

4. From the ‘Build’ page, select the box that is titled ‘Review Triage’.

5. You will then need to unlock editing for the survey as this survey has likely been sent out to your customers previously.  Click the link in the yellow bar to unlock the survey:

6. You will be able to select or unselect which review websites to include using the radio boxes on the right. You can also reorder the website by dragging and dropping with the arrow pad.

7. Finally, be sure to click ‘Confirm’ to save any changes.

If you'd like to add a new review website to your survey, reach out to your Marketing Specialist or our support team and let them know!
