Having the ability to schedule messages allows you to free up time while still ensuring that the communication flow between you and your customers doesn't grow stale.

1. Login into your OneLocal dashboard here.
2. Click on LocalMessages located on the left hand side of the dashboard.
3. Click "New Message" and enter the name or phone number of the customer. If they are already in your contacts, they will appear underneath.
4. If you have an existing text conversation with them, LocalMessages will automatically retrieve that thread, otherwise they will start a new one for you.
5. Type your message in the box provided.
6. Now, instead of just clicking "Send" you want to click on the clock icon located to the right. When you hover over it, it says "Schedule a message".
7. Choose the date and time you want the schedule the message for and click "Set Schedule".
8. You'll be taken back to the conversation thread. Click "Send Later".
9. The scheduled message will now move to the actual conversation thread so you can see it at any time, but won't be sent until the date/time you've specified.
