As much as we want customers to always open and click all the way through our surveys, we know it doesn't always happen that way. People get distracted, it happens to the best of us. We're here to demystify what happens to who someone leaves and reopens your LocalReviews survey, and what it looks like on your dashboard.
IF : The customer leaves your review page, and but leaves the tab open:
If they scroll through their apps and return to the survey, it will take them back where they left off
You will see that they have opened your survey - Note, if you have a sentiment question and they answered that before leaving, it will mark the survey as complete even if they have not left an online review.
