Right from your OneLocal dashboard, you're able to keep an eye on local competitors and easily compare how well your business is doing. Here's how!
How to access Competitor Reports
Log into your OneLocal account here.
From there you will see your OneLocal home screen, look to the far left menu panel and select "LocalReviews"
3. Select "Analytics" from the top bar
4. Select "Competitors"
Here you are able to view a total of five competitors for both Google and Facebook. The competitive reports show the rating and the amount of reviews your competitors currently have.
The "30 Day Change" column shows:
In Ratings: how much the competitor ratings changed whether it went up (+) or down (-)
In Reviews: how many new reviews they have gotten in the last 30 days.
This feature lets you easily compare your current standing against local competitors.
