If you're using LocalReviews one of the most important things to you is probably generating online reviews, but there's so much more you can do with the data you collect. From Net Promoter Scores to segmenting groups for targeted marketing promotions, LocalReviews can help you leverage data to gain insights that will grow your business. This article will demonstrate how you can export your LocalReviews surveys into an excel document. 

1. Click the LocalReviews tab in your OneLocal dashboard.

2. Click on the "Surveys" tab and then click on the survey you wish to export.

3. Click on the "More" button and select "Export Responses as CSV."

And that's it! Your CSV file will be sent to the email address associated with your account where you can then open it in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, or your favourite spreadsheet software.
