Add a new user to help manage your OneLocal account

To add a new user to your OneLocal account, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your OneLocal account here: dashboard.onelocal.com

2. Across the left side menu, click Settings

3. Click Users & Roles

4. Click Users

5. Click Add New User

6. Select the User type, more information here. Enter the user's first name, last name, username (we recommend using an e-mail address so that it's easy to remember!) and e-mail address.

When selecting a role, you'll have one default option which allows this user full access to the account. You're able to add a new role and customize the permissions from the Roles menu.

7. Once added, the new user will receive an e-mail titled "Welcome to OneLocal - confirm your e-mail" and will be prompted to complete their account setup by creating a password.
