How to Reset Your Password
If you’ve forgotten your password or want to change it, follow these steps:
Visit the password reset page here
Enter your username or registered email address
We will send a password reset link to the email address we have on file
What if I Don’t Have a Username or Registered Email Address?
If you don’t have a registered email, the password reset link will be sent to your company email. Alternatively, your manager can reset your password by following these steps:
Open your dashboard
Click on Settings
Select Users and Roles
Click on Users
Choose the user who needs the password reset from the list on the left
Click on the settings menu and select Reset Password
Enter the new password and click Confirm
