If you have forgotten your password, or simply want to change it, follow these steps:
Enter your username or registered email address.
We will send a password reset link to the email address that we have on file.
What should I do if I do not have a username or registered email address?
If you do not have a registered email address, the password reset link will go to your company email. Alternatively, if you contact your manager, they can reset your password by following these steps:
1 Open LocalReviews.
2. Click ‘Settings’
3. Click ‘Users and Roles’
4. Click ‘Users’
5. Select the user who would like to change password from the list left hand side.
6. Click on the settings menu:
And then on the pop-up select "Reset password"
7. Type the new password, and click ‘Confirm’.
