Follow these steps to add a new user and help manage your OneLocal account:

  1. Log in to Your OneLocal Account
    Go to dashboard.onelocal.com

  2. Click Settings
In the left-hand menu, click Settings

  3. Click Users & Roles

  4. Click Users

  5. Click Add New User

  6. Enter User Details

    • Select the User type (for more details, click here)

    • Enter the user’s First Name, Last Name, Username (we recommend using their email address for easy access), and Email Address.

    • Choose a Role (the default option grants full access to the account). You can also create custom roles and permissions from the Roles menu

  7. User Setup
After adding the user, they will receive an email titled "Welcome to OneLocal - Confirm your email". They will be prompted to set up their account by creating a password.
