Great! I've just received a number of survey responses from happy customers. How do I respond to their feedback through the OneLocal mobile app?
Log in to your mobile app.
Click on the Menu button on the top right corner.
Click LocalReviews in the expanded navigation bar on the left-hand side.
4. Once you're in your LocalReviews dashboard, you'll see a list of reviews.
5. Find the one you'd like to reply to, and click on the blue "Reply" button underneath the review.
6. A window will pop up, allowing you to enter and submit your reply directly from your mobile app dashboard!
Additionally, clicking on a review listed will open it on a separate page, as shown below. This is particularly helpful for any long reviews that are too long to be displayed on your dashboard page!
