It's super easy to keep control of your LocalMessages inbox by using our Close, Block or Mute features.

How to Find Your Conversation Options

Start by navigating to LocalMessages, and click on the conversation. Next, click on the Options menu (the 3 dots at the top right of your screen).

This will bring up the menu seen below, where you have the option to Close the conversation, Mute it, Opt-Out the contact, or Block the sender.

In the example below on the far right, the conversation was Muted. You'll notice the No Notification icon next to the phone number at the top, and the alert within the conversation (visible only to you) that the conversation has been muted.

If you close the conversation, the app will alert you in the same way (as seen below). You have the option to Reopen, if you need. Or, if you'd like to leave a Note on the conversation, you can do so (this will be only visible internally - it won't get sent to the customer). The note field will show up with a yellow background.

That's all you need to know! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team via the chat bubble on the bottom right hand of your screen.
